Job description:
As a Managing Consultant, you will employ in intense customer interaction in full-lifecycle accomplishment activities. To make use of your experience and drive requirements that require assessment, plan analysis, functional design, configuration, testing and post go-live actions for Utilities-specific CIS solution implementations. To effort with a team of the most excellent and brightest in the business to deliver world-class solutions and manage conversion activities, organize production environment, communicate with software seller to resolve issues, adviser and provide knowledge transfer to customer technical staff, line with third party vendors to assist technology transfer and run the project areas on an Oracle CC&B implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading Client Workshops, contribute in requirements definition and analysis, participating in Functional Design activities, designing and Developing Business procedure Flows, Report Design, Test Plan Development and Execution,
Test Script Design and Development,
Support Client Training and System Adoption, and Production Support and Issue Resolution.
Required Education/Skills:
High School Diploma/GED
As a minimum of 2 years experience in working in functional or technical implementation capacities, within municipal and investor-owned utilities.
At least 2 years experience in implementing Oracle CC&B and/or CIS plus (one full lifecycle).
At least 2 years experience in leading cross functional design sessions.
Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
English Language Requirement:
Basic knowledge
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in working in functional and/or technical implementation capacities within municipal and investor-owned utilities.
4 years experience in implementing Oracle CC&B and/or CIS plus (one full lifecycle).
4 years experience in leading cross functional design sessions.
3 years experience in CC&B Product Architect AND Product Design
3 years experience in Utility systems design
3 years experience in Project Management.
